LO Licence
The LO Licence class for forklifts is specifically from a stock picker. Stocker pickers allow the driver to be raised with the load.
Stock pickers are equipment like the following:
To be deemed competent for a stock picker or order picker you must successfully complete the following:
- Complete a preoperational check on a forklift
- Perform a site risk assessment and plan work
- Complete a 97 question written test with 100% pass
- Inspect and wear a safety harness
- Practical driving test at various heights in pallet racking wearing PPE
- Park and check the equipment
- Present the LHRW Summary of Assessment and SOA forms to Australia Post
- Pay a licence fee of $65.00 (GST exempt) within 14 days
